MolecularWare seeks a highly motivated, successful sales professional to grow and manage the companies West-Coast sales region.

This Director level person will be responsible for sales of MolecularWare software products, key account development and relationship building.
Our customers and sales targets include, leading academic centers as well as Biotech and Pharmaceutical firms. This is a field based position that will require limited travels to visit customers in the territory geography and to attend industry trade shows. Emphasis is on establishing consultative and long lasting relationships with customers in order to grow this region for MolecularWare.

  • BS/MS in life science is a plus and with education and training in sales, marketing and business.
  • Deep understanding of genomics and molecular biology and the software and hardware used in this space.
  • A minimum of 6 years of successful sales or field applications experience in life sciences or related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, create proposals and sell to high-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, decision-making and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Will report directly to the CEO.
